- Face and décolleté: Place the Sculpting Globe gently on oiled skin, always moving from the center of the face outwards and slightly upwards with your massage strokes to support lymphatic flow and the lifting effect. Start by stroking your forehead/eyebrows outwards; you will immediately feel the pleasant stretching sensation and work your way down to your chin and along your jawbone. If you want to dry massage your jaw muscles or temples if you are more tense, we recommend doing so in circular movements so as not to put too much tension on the dermis. Massage the décolleté in gentle, slightly upward movements. Always from the breastbone to the lymph nodes of the armpits/clavicles
- Scalp: Place the Sculpting Globe on the scalp and gently massage in your oil in circular movements. Take your time, oiling and massaging your scalp and hair is one of the best tricks to stimulate healthy hair growth. Your follicles will thank you.
