Our Faszienkamm is an ideal tool to self-massage your fascia and connective tissue. It allows you to do a gentle fascia workout. With gentle to medium massage pressure, you can prevent and dissolve muscle tension and fascial adhesions.

How to use:

1. Start gliding your Faszienkamm with pleasant but noticable pressure, beginning above your right ankle towards your knee above and train the fascia of your lower leg.

2. Continue your ritual with your thighs, buttocks and lower back.

3. Then you massage your stomach and chest muscles and continue with your arms, from the wrists up to the upper arms.

4. Finally, you treat your neck. Our tip: It is important that you pay attention to your bodies signals. Make the pressure so it is a noticable but pleasent stimulus. Like when you strech, challenging but never painful.

The massage stimulates your deeper connective tissue aswell, but the pressure should never be painful. You are also welcome to use massage oil or massage lotion with your Faszienkamm.

Effect:

On the one hand, your fascia comb activates blood circulation and lymph flow and stretches your fascia.

The massage pressure creates a stretching stimulus in the tissue. This stretching keeps your fascia elastic.

The improved blood circulation means that the tissue is better nourished, which makes your skin glow, prevents and reduces cellulite and improves the structure

By stimulating your lymph flow, swelling is reduced and strained muscles can relax again.

Our tip: In order to optimally promote the lymph flow, it makes sense to massage from the periphery towards the center of the body. There are numerous Lymph nodes, which filter the lymph fluid and also ensure health.
