Your Face-Lift Ritual

We train our body muscles, but rarely think about the fact that our face also has more than 40 muscles that determine your facial expression. Every single one of these muscles is wrapped in fascia. Keeping your facial muscles & fascia supple, firm and healthy is the goal of your fascia heart.

Before the Ritual: Cleanse and Prepare

Start by cleansing your face thoroughly to remove impurities and make-up. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Activate the lymph nodes of your face / décolleté, which are located near your tonsils, i.e. under your jaw. There are also some small lymph nodes on the sides of your ears.

Step 1:

Apply your The Facial Glow Oil
Put a few drops in your hand. Warm the oil in your palms and apply to your face, neck and décolleté. The nourishing blend of avocado oil, coconut oil, tocopherol, grapeseed oil, rosehip oil and yellow plum seed oil moisturizes and prepares your skin for the ritual.

TIP: If you want an extra kick, put your fascia heart in the freezer and enjoy the added benefits of face icing while you treat yourself to the fascia heart face lift.

Step 2: Forehead Botox

Start with the smooth edge of the fascia heart in the center of your forehead and gently stroke outwards towards your temples in an upward motion. Repeat this movement 5-10 times in each direction and finish by massaging the muscles and wrinkles between your eyebrows with the fascia heart ears, starting from the bridge of your nose to your eyebrows.

Schritt 3:

Benutze zunächst die geriffelte Seite des Faszienherz, um dein Gewebe aufzuwecken und die Durchblutung zu intensivieren, dann nimm die Herz-Ohren, die sich perfekt an die natürlichen Konturen deiner Wangenknochen anpassen. Führe diese in Richtung deiner Ohren. Übe leichten Druck aus, um die Lymphdrainage und Festigkeit zu fördern. Auf beiden Seiten 5–10 Mal wiederholen.

Wackeln die Herzohren leicht jedes Mal, wenn du am Haarabsatz ankommst, um den Lymphabfluss noch weiter zu verbessern.

Schritt 4:

Benutze weiterhin die Herz-Ohren deines Faszienherzens und beginnen an deinen Lachfalten neben deiner Nase, gehe in recht kurzen Strichen nach oben und stoppe noch unterhalb der Unterlieds. Zu Beginn solltest du den Muskel unter deinem Wangenknochen spüren, den du entspannen und dehnen möchtest. Wiederholen dies 3-5 Mal auf jeder Seite

Schritt 5:

Als nächstes zielen wir auf den Kiefer- und Halsbereich ab. Führe zunächst einige Striche mit den Faszienherz-Ohren von Kinn-Mitte, entlang der Kinnleiste, hin zum Unterkiefermuskel.

Streiche nun in kreisenden Bewegungen mit der Spitze des Faszienherzes vom Unterkiefermuskel in Richtung Ohren, mit sanften Druck nach oben aus.

Fahre nun wieder entlang der Kieferleiste, diesmal geht es allerdings vom Unterkiefermusekl abwärts in Richtung der Lymphknoten bei deinen Schlüsselbeinen und deinen Achseln. Da du nicht nur deine Muskeln dehnen und entspannen möchtest, sondern auch deine Lymphe in Richtung deiner Lymphknoten schieben möchten. Auf beiden Seiten 3–5 Mal wiederholen.

Schritt 6:
Konzentrieren wir uns nun auf den Bereich unter den Augen. Mit der gebogenen Kante des Faszienherz beginne am inneren Augenwinkel (bei der Tränenrinne) und gleite sanft nach außen in Richtung Schläfen. Dies hilft, Schwellungen zu reduzieren und sorgt für ein frischeres Aussehen. Auf beiden Seiten 3–5 Mal wiederholen.

Bitte achte darauf, dass du ausreichen Öl zum gleiten und sanften Druck verwendest.

Fahre dann im Bereich unterhalb deiner Augenbrauen fort, nimm hierfür die erste Welle der geriffelten Seite und massiere direkt über deiner Augenbrauenhärchen. Das öffnet deine Augen. Wiederhole dies auch 3–5 Mal oder so oft, wie es dir gut tut. Dies ist einer unserer Favoriten, da wir eine Menge Spannung in unseren Augenbrauen tragen. Be ready to become addicted

Letzter Schritt:

Nimm dir einen Moment, um die Wirkung deines Rituals zu genießen.

Schließ deine Augen und halte dein Faszienherz in deinen Händen, denn es handelt sich um handgefertigte Edelsteine ​​aus Obsidian, der schützende Eigenschaften hat, und weißer Jade, die stabilisierende und heilende Eigenschaften hat.

Du kannst mit ihnen also einen positiven Start in den Tag oder einen tiefen, erholsamen Schlaf erleben. Atme tief ein und lasse die nährenden Eigenschaften des Facial Glow Oil in deine Haut einziehen.

Hinweis: Reinige dein Faszienherz  mit klarem Wasser und tupfe es trocken.

Obsidian ist ein kraftvoller Stein, der unerwünschte Energien absorbieren kann. Du kannst ihn nutzen, um dich vor negativen Schwingungen zu schützen. Er ist auch sehr heilsam und kann dabei helfen, aufgestaute Emotionen loszulassen. Aufgrund seiner absorbierenden Eigenschaften Obsidian sollte man ihn 1 x im Monat, mindestens 1 Stunde im Mondlicht reinigen.

Apply The Good Karma Body Oil
Pour a small amount of the oil into your palms. Rub them together to warm it up and take a deep breath.

Smells play an important role in our overall wellbeing and can have a strong influence on our emotions and well-being. The sense of smell is closely linked to the brain’s limbic system, which is responsible for processing emotions and memories. We have blended the natural perfume oils to give off the relaxing, light scent of Tahitian Gardinie with its summery warmth.

Apply enough to your legs to allow your fascia comb to glide. The nourishing blend of avocado oil, coconut oil, tocopherol, grapeseed oil and wild rose oil will moisturize and nourish your skin.

Start by activating your lymph nodes, groin and knees by applying gentle pressure to these areas 10 times with the flat side of your fascia comb.

Now place your fascia comb at the ankle and gently move the serrated side up to the knee. Apply moderate pressure. Fascia training can be a little uncomfortable as we release fascial adhesions and stretch tension, but it should never be painful. Repeat this movement on both legs for 3-5 movements.

Massage each area of your lower leg, finishing with your calf, i.e. the back of your lower leg, to push the lymph fluid towards the popliteal lymph nodes.

If you have particular tension, for example on the outside of your lower leg, you can use the tip of your fascia comb in a gentle upward circular motion.

Now move on to your thighs. With the fascia comb prongs, you can perform long, sweeping movements from the back of your knees to the base of your bottom, following the natural contours of your legs. Choose the pressure as required. Our thighs usually carry quite a lot of tension, but you will also see the fastest results.

Concentrate on the areas where you feel particular tension or cellulite. Repeat this movement on both legs for 3-5 movements. Start with the back of the thigh and work your way around to finish with the front towards the groin lymph nodes.

Butt transformation.

First apply a small amount of The Good Karma Body Oil. This creates a smooth gliding surface for the fascia comb and warms up the muscles.
Gently glide the fascia comb over the contours of your buttocks using medium to strong pressure. Always move your fascia comb in an upward motion for the butt lift. Repeat this movement about 5-10 times, focusing on any areas of tension or cellulite.

Circular massage:
To further stimulate circulation and focus on more stubborn problem areas, perform circular massage movements with the fascia comb teeth alternating with the fascia comb tip. Use firm, but still comfortable, activating pressure while making small circular movements on the surface of your buttocks.

Apply the Glow Oil to your scalp. Take a few pipette quantities and massage it into your scalp, starting with your fingertips.

The effective blend of avocado oil, coconut oil, tocopherol, grapeseed oil, rosehip oil and yellow plum kernel oil nourishes your scalp and provides your hair follicles with important nutrients.

Take your fascia heart made of white nephrite jade or obsidian. Start at the front of your scalp and glide the fascia heart in slow, deliberate movements over your scalp towards the back of your head.

Now massage with the fascia heart in circular movements. This massage stimulates blood circulation, promotes the supply of oxygen to the hair follicles and supports the absorption of nutrients.

After completing the scalp massage, leave your oil mask on your scalp for at least 30 minutes or longer if necessary. To intensify it, open your pores with a warm and damp towel that you tie as a turban or use cling film. After the desired time, continue with your regular shampoo and care routine. Gently cleanse your scalp and hair and rinse thoroughly. Then apply a nourishing conditioner to enhance the effect of the ritual.
