BEFORE YOUR RITUAL: CLEAN AND PREPARE

START WITH A DEEP CLEANSING OF YOUR FACE TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP. PAT DRY WITH A CLEAN TOWEL.

ACTIVATE THE LYMPH NODES OF YOUR FACE WHICH ARE NEAR YOUR TONSILS, SO UNDER YOUR JAW. THERE ARE SOME SMALL LYMPH NODES ON THE SIDES OF YOUR EARS ALSO.

STEP 1:

Apply your The Facial Glow Oil
Put a few drops in your hand. Warm the oil in your palms and apply to face, neck and décolleté. The nourishing blend of avocado oil, coconut oil, tocopherol, grapeseed oil, rosehip oil and yellow plum seed oil moisturizes and prepares your skin for the ritual.

TIP: If you want an extra kick, pop your Faszienherz in the freezer and enjoy the added benefits of face-icing while you treat yourself to the FASZIENHERZ-face-lift

Step 2: Forehead Botox
Start with the smooth edge of the Faszienherz in the center of your forehead and sweep outwards towards the temple with gentle upward movements. Repeat this movement 5-10 times in each direction and finish by massaging the muscles and winkles between your eyebrows with the Faszienherz-Ears, starting from the bridge of your nose to your eyebrows.

Step 3:
First, use the wavey side of the Faszienherz to wake up your tissues and increase blood flow, then go for the heart ears, which perfectly match the natural contours of your cheekbones. Lead these towards your ears. Apply light pressure to promote lymphatic drainage and firmness. Repeat 5-10 times on both sides.

Wiggle the heart ears slightly each time you reach the hairline to further improve lymphatic drainage.

Step 4:
Continue to use the heart-ears of your Faszienherz and start at your smile lines next to your nose, go up in fairly short strokes and stop below the lower lid. At the beginning, you should feel the muscle under your cheekbones that you want to relax and stretch. Repeat this 3-5 times on each side

Step 5:
Next we will target the jaw and neck area. First, run a few strokes with the Faszienherz ears from the middle of the chin, along the chin bar, to the lower jaw muscle.

Now stroke in circular movements with the tip of the Faszienherz from the lower jaw muscle in the direction of the ears, with gentle pressure upwards.

Now follow along the jaw line again, but this time it goes from the jaw muscle down towards the lymph nodes at your collarbones and your armpits. Because not only do you want to stretch and relax your muscles, but you also want to push your lymph toward your lymph nodes. Repeat 3-5 times on both sides.

Step 6:
Now let's focus on the area under the eyes. Start with the curved edge of the Faszienherz at the inner corner of the eye (at the tear duct) and gently glide outwards towards the temples. This helps reduce puffiness and gives a fresher look. Repeat 3-5 times on both sides.

Please make sure you use enough oil to glide and gentle pressure.

Then continue in the area below your eyebrows, taking the first wave of the wavey side and massaging just above your eyebrow hairs. That opens your eyes. Repeat this 3-5 times or as often as feels comfortable for you. This is one of our favorites as we wear a lot of tension in our eyebrows. Be ready to become addicted

Apply The Good Karma Body Oil
Put a small amount of the oil in your palms. Rub yours together to warm it up and take a deep breath.

Smells play an important role in our overall well-being and can have a powerful impact on our emotions and well-being. The sense of smell is closely linked to the brain's limbic system, which is responsible for processing emotions and memories. We have composed the natural perfume oils in such a way that the relaxing, light scent of Tahitian Gardenia exudes with its summery warmth.

Apply enough to your legs to allow your Faszienkamm to slide. The nourishing blend of avocado oil, coconut oil, tocopherol, grapeseed oil and rosehip oil provides your skin with moisture and nutrients.

Start by activating your lymph nodes, of groin and knees by applying gentle pressure to the areas 10 times with the flat side of your Faszienkamm.

Now put your Faszienkamm on the ankle and run the spikey side with gentle movements up to the knee. Use moderate pressure. Fascia training can be a little uncomfortable as we loosen fascial adhesions and stretch tension, but it should never be painful. Repeat this movement on both legs for 3-5 movements.

Massage each area of ​​your lower leg in this way, finally with your calf, i.e. the back of the lower leg, in order to push the lymph fluid in the direction of the popliteal lymph nodes (behind your knees)

If you have particular tension, for example on the outside of your lower leg, you can use the tip of your fascia comb in slightly circular upward movements.

Now for your thighs. With the Faszienkamm teeth, you can perform long, sweeping movements from the back of the knees to the base of the buttocks, while following the natural contours of your legs. Choose the pressure as needed. Our thighs usually carry a lot of tension, but you can see the fastest results.

Concentrate on the areas where you feel particular tension or see cellulite. Repeat this movement on both legs for 3-5 movements. Start with the back of the thigh and work your way around to finish stroking the front toward the groin node.

Butt transformation.

Start by applying a small amount of The Good Karma Body Oil. This creates a smooth sliding surface for the Faszienkamm and the muscles are warmed up.
Gently glide the fascia comb over the contours of your buttocks with medium to strong pressure. Always run your Faszienkamm in upward motions for the butt lift. Repeat this movement about 5-10 times, focusing on any areas with tightness or cellulite.


Circular massage: To further stimulate blood circulation and focus on more stubborn problem areas, perform circular massage movements with the Faszienkamm-Teeth alternating with the Faszienkamm-tip. Use firm but still comfortable activating pressure while making small circular motions on the surface of your buttocks.
