1. Start gliding your Faszienkamm with pleasant but noticable pressure, beginning above your right ankle towards your knee above and train the fascia of your lower leg.
2. Continue your ritual with your thighs, buttocks and lower back.
3. Then you massage your stomach and chest muscles and continue with your arms, from the wrists up to the upper arms.
4. Finally, you treat your neck.
Our tip: It is important that you pay attention to your bodies signals. Make the pressure so it is a noticable but pleasent stimulus. Like when you strech, challenging but never painful.
The massage stimulates your deeper connective tissue aswell, but the pressure should never be painful. You are also welcome to use massage oil or massage lotion with your Faszienkamm.
